Leave was granted to the Prince George's delegation to in-
troduce a bill to repeal section 59 of Article 16 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, Prince George's county, entitled
Hucksters, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Herbert,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Elections to
report a bill to repeal sections 76 and 77 of Article 35 of the
Code of Public General Laws regulating the time of the elec-
tion of Representatives of this State, in the Congress of the
United States, and to enact a section in lieu thereof.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
Introduce a bill to incorporate the Maryland and Southern
Immigration Society.

On motion of Mr. Bond, of Calvert,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to report
a bill to compensate James S. Morsell, Jr., of Calvert
county, for State bounty for enlisted slaves.
