Ordered, That the Speaker is hereby authorized to appoint

On motion of Mr. Legg,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Oysters, to intro-
duce a bill entitled an Act to add a new section to Article 36
of the Code of Public General Laws.

On motion of Mr. Loker,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Agriculture to
report a bill giving to the vendors of guano and other con-
centrated manures, a preferred lien on crops made by their
use.

On motion of Mr. Biddison,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to incorporate the Parkton and Manchester
Rail Road Company.

On motion of Mr. Seibert,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Pensions to report
a bill to provide an annual pension for George Frantz, of
Washington county, an invalid soldier of the war of 1812
and 1814.

On motion of Mr. Biddison,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to in-
troduce a bill to incorporate the Chesnut Summit Avenue
Company.

On motion of Mr. Bond, of Baltimore city,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to amend section 16 of Article 11 of the
Code of Public General Laws entitled "Attorneys at Law."

On motion of Mr. Bond, of Calvert,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to report
a bill to compensate Dr. John C. Parker and others, of Cal-
vert county, for State bounty for enlisted slaves.

On motion of Mr. Williams,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
