eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, (1867,) and
four hundred and seventy dollars to James S.
Franklin, Clerk of the Court of Appeals for re-
cording the laws of the present session of the Gen-
eral Assembly ; and to Wheelwright, Mudge &
Co., five hundred and sixty dollars, for their bill
for paper furnished the late State Reporter, for
the printing of volume twenty-five of the Mary-
land Reports, as per certificate of the Comptroller
of the Treasury.

For the salary of the Adjutant General of Mili-
tia, two thousand dollars ; to the State Armorers
at Easton and Frederick, each three hundred dol-
lars — six hundred dollars ; for the payment of
pensions granted by Acts and Resolutions of the
General Assembly, ten thousand or so much thereof
as may be necessary ; for clerical services in the
Adjutant General's Office, one thousand dollars.

in Baltimore City, twenty-five hundred dollars each
— twelve thousand five hundred dollars ; for insur-
ance on State Tobacco Warehouses, six hundred

on the Tobacco Warehouse lot in Baltimore, four
hundred and forty eight dollars and eleven cents.
