seven, and that the name of Thomas Seims and Grafton Duval be and are hereby stricken out, and the names of Gorge R. Dennis and Francis S. Jones are inserted in lieu thereof.
Sec. 17. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect upon its passage. Approved March 30, 1868. CHAPTER 410. AN ACT to repeal the Act of eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, Chapter three hundred and sixty-six, entitled "An Act making appropria- tions for the support of the Government for the year ending on the first day of January, eigh- teen hundred and sixty-nine," and to substitute the following in lieu thereof:	In force.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Act passed March the twenty-second, eighteen hundred and sixty -seven, Chapter three hundred and sixty-six, entitled "An Act making appropriations for the support of the Government for the year ending the first day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty- nine," be and the same is hereby repealed, and the following sections substituted in lieu thereof:	Repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That for the expendi- tures in the support of the Government for the year ending on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty-nine, the following sums of money, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same are hereby appropriated, that is to say: FOR STATE'S OFFICERS.	Appropria- tion.
For the salary of the Governor of Maryland, four thousand five hundred dollars; for the sal- ary of the Secretary of State, two thousand dollars;	Salary of Governor, &c
