	CHAPTER 401. AN ACT to repeal the Charter or Act of incorpo- ration of the Locust Point Steam Ferry Company of Maryland.
Repealed and annuled.	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That Chapter thirty-four of the Acts of eighteen hundred and forty-nine, entitled " An Act to incorporate the Locust Point Steam Ferry Company of Maryland," be and the same is hereby repealed and annuled.
In force.	Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the day of its passage. Approved March 30, 1868.

	CHAPTER 402. AN ACT to add an additional Section to Article nineteen of the Code of Public Local Laws, enti- tled "Somerset County," so as to provide the manner and time for the appointment and the terms of office of the Supervisors of Roads in said county.
Additional section.	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That there be added to Article nine- teen of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Somerset County," an additional Section, to read as follows : The County Commissioners shall, at their annual meeting in April, appoint such number of Supervisors of Roads as is now or may hereafter be required by law, who shall hold their offices for two years from the date of their appoint- ment, and shall be subject to removal by said Commissioners at any time for incapacity or ne- glect of duty.
In force.	Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 30, 1868.
