Kent County Rail Road Company, and to issue bonds for the
same, and to provide for their redemption," passed at Janu-
ary session, 1867, chapter 139, by adding a proviso to the
1st section of said Act, relating to the issuing of county bonds
and the time for their payment.
An Act to repeal section 92, of Article 17, of Public Local
Laws for Queen Anne's county, and sections 1, 92 and 2 of
the Act of 1867, chapter 421, relating to Justices of the Peace
and Constables in aforesaid county.
An Act to repeal an Act of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed March 10, 1864, chapter 347, entitled "an Act
to repeal section 30 of Article 15, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "Montgomery county," relating to the courts of
said county, and to enact a substitute therefor.
An Act limiting the number of Justices of the Peace and
Constables in Wicomico county.
An Act to repeal section 127, of the 4th Article of the Code
of Public Local Laws, relating to the city of Baltimore, and
to substitute in lieu thereof the following.
An Act to amend the charter of the "Cumberland and
Pennsylvania Rail Road Company," passed at January ses-
sion 1849, chapter 469.
An Act entitled an Act to incorporate the Marine Railway
and Manufacturing Company of Havre-de-Grace, and to
amend the Act of 1867, chapter 211.

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :
We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable Body,
that a joint special committee of three on the part of the Sen-
ate, and four on the part of the House, be appointed, to
whom shall be referred all propositions looking to a removal
of the tobacco warehouses of the State from their present lo-
cation.
We name, on the part of the Senate, Messrs. Grove, Parker
of Calvert, and Snyder.
