Appropria-
tion.

warrant of the Comptroller of the State of Mary-
land, unto the executive officer of the said Faculty
of Physic of the University of Maryland, upon
the production by him of a certificate from the
said Faculty that they are prepared to receive and
to treat at all times during the existence of this
Act, without any charge whatsoever, one patient
from each county of the State of Maryland and
Legislative District of the city of Baltimore, and
also that the said Faculty are prepared to receive
and to educate, without charge, save for matricu-
lation, dissection and graduation fees, one student
from each Senatorial District of this State, said
student and patient to be recommended by the
Senator of the County and Legislative District of
the city of Baltimore from which the student or
patient shall be received.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 398.
AN ACT to continue in force Chapter one hun-
dred and eighteen of the Laws of Maryland,
passed at the January Session, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-five, entitled "An Act to repeal
Section one hundred and forty-six of th6 third
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, rela-
ting to the office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore County, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

Repealed and
re-enacted.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section one hundred and forty-
six of Article three of the, Code of Public Local
Laws, relating to the office of the Register of
Wills for Baltimore County, be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted to read as follows:
