	CHAPTER 392. AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to the Baltimore County Manual Labor School.
Appropria- tion.	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the sum of ten thousand dol- lars be and the same is hereby appropriated to the Baltimore County Manual Labor School.
Treasurer issue warrant.	Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby authorized to issue his warrants upon the Treasurer for the said amount, payable to the order of the officers of the said Manual Labor School, in sums of not more than five thousand dollars in any one year from the passage of this Act, the whole amount to be paid within two years' from the first day of April, 1868.
Jn force.	Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the first day of April, 1868. Approved March 30, 1868.

	CHAPTER 393.
	AN ACT to authorize . and require the County Commissioners of Baltimore County to convey a lot of ground to the Board of School Commis- sioners of Baltimore County, to be used for a Public School House Site.
Convey land	SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Baltimore County be and they are hereby author- ized and required, for and in consideration of the sum of five dollars, to convey a half acre of land to the Board of School Commissioners of Baltimore County, to be used as a Public School House site,
