	CHAPTER 383.
	AN ACT to amend an Act passed at the January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, en- titled, " An Act to amend the fourth Section of the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, Chapter twenty- nine, entitled, an Act to incorporate the Kent County Railroad Company, passed on the eighth day of March, eighteen hundred and fifty-six, Chapter one hundred and forty-eighty, to add four sections thereto, and to appoint four new Commissioners in the place of four deceased Commissioners.
Amendment.	SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the following be added to the said Act, passed at the present session of the General Assembly, entitled, an Act to amend an Act, passed at the January Session, eigh- teen hundred and sixty-eight, entitled, an Act to amend the fourth section of the Act of the Gen- eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, Ciiapter twenty-nine, entitled, an Act to incorporate the Kent County Railroad Company, passed on the eighth day of March, eighteen hundred and fifty- six, Chapter one hundred and forty-eight, to add four sections thereto, and to appoint four new Commissioners in the place of four deceased Com- missioners, and that the said Act be re-enacted and amended as follows :
Authorized to locate.	Sec. 4. That the said company as incorporated by said Act be and the same are hereby authorized to locate and construct a railroad from the Chesa- peake Bay or any of its tributary streams in Kent county, or from some point in Chester river in said county to the line or boundary line of the State of Delaware, or to any other point in Kent county, and also to locate and construct branches from said road to any point or points in Kent county, as may be deemed advisable or expedient, and to connect the said railroad with any other railroad to be constructed in Kent county, at Mas-
