Sec. 24. And be it enacted, That should the road or roads not be commenced within five years from the passage of this Act, and not be finished within ten years thereafter, then this Act shall be null and void.	Limit.
Sec. 25. And be it enacted, That this Act take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 30, 1868.	In force.

Webster, Samuel W. Smith, Esq., Alexander Hogen, Esq., Peter W. Haisston, Thomas Swann, Alexander H. Hobbs, Esq., Rev. C. M. Callaway, Reverdy Johnson, T. W. Ham- mond, M. D., David T. McLaughlin, M.
