nant to this Act, to the Constitution or the laws of
this State or of the United States.

Give security.

Sec. 8. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer
and officers of this corporation shall respectively
give such security for their fidelity and good con-
duct as the Board of Directors may from time to
time require.

Books open
for inspection.
|
Sec. 9. And be it enacted, That the books of said
corporation shall at all times during" their hours
of business be open for inspection and examina-
tion to the Comptroller of this State, and such
other persons as the Legislature shall designate or
appoint as their agent for that purpose.

Minor.
|
Sec. 10. And be it enacted, That whenever any
deposit shall be made by any minor, the Directors
of said corporation may, at their discretion, pay
to such depositor such sum or sums as may be due
him or her, although no guardian shall have been
appointed for such, or the guardian of such minor
shall not have authorized the drawing of the
same, and the check receipt of acceptance of such
minor shall be as valid as if the same was execu-
ted by a guardian of such minor or the said minor
was of full age, if such deposit were made per-
sonally by said minor, and whenever any deposit
shall have been made by married women, may re-
pay the same on their receipt.

reservation.

Sec. 11. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage, and the
General Assembly hereby reserves to itself the
right to alter, amend or repeal this Act at pleasure.
