SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Betsy A. White, guardian to
David A. White, a minor, be, and she is hereby
authorized to pass her final account as guardian
before the Orphans' Court of Somerset County,
and to pay and deliver over to said David A.
White all his property, real and personal, and
moneys that may be due him on passage of said
final account, and to take his receipt for the same,
which said receipt shall be acknowledged and re-
corded in the office of Register of Wills for said
county, and have the same effect as if the same
was executed by a person of full age.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That from and after the
passage of this Act the said David A. White shall
be answerable for all debts, contracts and liabili-
ties which may be made and entered into by him,
and may sue and be sued as fully as if he was of
full age.

take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 112.
AN ACT to Incorporate a Company to make a
Turnpike Road from the city of Westminster to
the Baltimore and Liberty Road, intersecting
said road between the village of Eldersburg and
the Baltimore and Carroll County line. Carroll
