ties, and all judgments which may be rendered in
either of said Courts, on suits depending in said
Courts, at the time of the adoption of the Consti-
tution, against persons residing in Wicomico coun-
ty, be and the same are hereby declared to be
liens on the real estate of said persons, situate in
Wicomico county, to all intents and purposes, as
if said judgments had been rendered in the Circuit
Court of Wicomico county.

Sec. 2. Be it further enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That this Act shall take effect
from and after the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 17.
AN ACT to authorize Lemuel Malone to settle
his accounts as guardian to George W. Smith,
and to pay over all money due said ward.
Whereas George W. Smith and his guardian
are anxious that his ward may receive all money
due him and that he may act as a man of full
age, in relation thereto, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Lemuel Malone, guardian to
George W. Smith, a minor, be and he is hereby
authorized to pass his final account as guardian,
before the Orphans' Court of Somerset county,
and to pay and deliver over to the said George W.
Smith all his property, real and personal, and
moneys that may be due to him on the said final ac-
count, and to take his receipt for the same, which
shall be acknowledged and recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills for said county, and have
the same effect as if the same was executed by a
person of full age.
