1868.] OF THE SENATE. 819 supplement to the Maryland Code containing the Acts of the general Assembly, passed at the sessions of 1861, 1861-62, 1864, 1865, 1866 and 1867, arranged in Articles and sections to correspond with the Code, by Lewis Mayer, and to appro- priate a sum of money to purchase copies of the same, and to regulate their distribution, with proposed amendments, and decline to concur therein. We respectfully ask a Commmittee of Conference, consisting of two members of the House and one of the Senate. We have named on the part of the House, Messrs. Mullin and Slingluff. By order, M. Y. KIDD, Chief Clerk. Also, delivered House bill in relation to Lewis Mayor's Code of Laws. Endorsed, "Considered, and Senate amendments non-con- curred in, and a Committee of Conference asked." On motion by Mr. Walsh, The following message was sent to the House of Dele- gates : BY THE SENATE, March 30,1868. Gentlemen of the House of Delegates : The Senate agrees to the Committee of Conference, as pro- posed by your Honorable Body, in reference to an Act to legalize a supplement to the Maryland Code, &c., and ap- point on the part of the Senate Mr. Walsh.
