by Act of 1864. chapter 326, and to re-enact the same with:
amendments and additions,
With proposed amendments:

Sub-section 47, line 4, strike out the word "five," and
insert two.

Sub-section 48, line 6, strike out the word " twenty," and
insert thirty.

Sub-section 49, line 2, strike out the word "two," and.
insert the word three.
Which were adopted.

And the bill, as amended, passed by yeas and nays as fol-

We have received from your Honorable Body, House bill
entitled an Act to appropriase a sum of money to pay David
Fowler for legal services in the Comptroller's Department,
endorsed, " Passed by yeas and nays with proposed amend-
ments," and decline to concur in said amendment.

We respectfully request your Honorably Body to recede
from said amendment.
