816 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 30,

An Act to add an additional section to Article 56, of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Licenses," so as to
empower a trader to sell the license to trade with the stock
of goods.

An Act to amend sections 146 and 147, of the 81st Article
of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the payment
of public money by Clerks and Registers of Wills.

An Act to repeal chapter 156, passed January session,
1867, entitled an Act to repeal sections 5 and 8, of an Act
passed January session, 1864, chapter 15, entitled "an Act
to aid and encourage enlistments into the Maryland regi-
ments, in the service of the the United States, and also to
repeal sections 4 and 5, of an Act passed January session,
1865, chapter 33, entitled an Act to provide bounty for sol-
diers entering the service of the United States to fill the
quotas of Maryland, under the call of the President of the
United States, of December, 1864, and under future calls."

to Mr. Davis for extra duties by him performed during
the present session of this, the Senate of Maryland, and this
amount is to be in addition to his regular per diem.
