Talbot county, relating to the number, powers, and election of
the Commissioners of Easton, and to add an additional sec-
tion thereto.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Executive Com-
mittee of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church
in the United States.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 170, 171 and 172,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to Allegany
county, and re-enact the same with amendments, relating to
weights and measures in said county.

Article 53, of the Code of Public General Laws of the State
