Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act to pay the per diem and ex- penses of the Joint Committee appointed by the General Assembly at its last session to meet a similar Committee ap- pointed by the State of Virginia to settle and adjust the boundary line between Maryland and Virginia on the East- ern Shore, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. Browne, Lee, Brewer, Miller, Clarke, Malone, Earle, Snyder, Fields, Smith, Grove, Walsh, Henkle, Welch—15. Hyland, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 9 of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title Somerset county, sub-title Almshouse, and enact the following in lieu thereof, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays : AFFIRMATIVE.
