On motion by Mr. Malone,

House bill entitled an Act to appoint certain persons
therein named as Commissioners to purchase a site and con-
tract for the erection of a court-house and jail in the town
of Salisbury, the county seat of Wicomico county, and for
other purposes therein mentioned, relating thereto,

Was indefinitely postponed.

House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to Article
10, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Attach-
ments," to come in after section 44, of said Article, giving
jurisdiction to Justices or the Peace to issue attachments in
certain cases,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

Loan and Savings Institution of Clear Spring, Washington
county, Md.,

the State of Virginia, to settle and adjust the boundary line
