Gentlemen of the House of Delegates: We propose, with your concurrence, to adjourn the respec- tive Houses of the General Assembly of Maryland, at 12 o'clock midnight, this day, sine die. House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commissioners of Howard county to subscribe to the capital stock of turn- pike roads in said county, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol- lows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Hammond, Browne, Kimmel, Brewer, Lee, Clarke, Malone, Carroll, Spates, Denson, Snyder, Earle, Walsh, Fields, Welch—17. Hyland, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act to confer upon Lochiel Lumber, Mining, Manufacturing and Improvement Company of Allegany County the authority to erect and maintain a boom or booms, with piers and necessary appurtenances, upon the Great Savage River, in Allegany County, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Henkle, Browne, Hyland, Brewer, Hammond, Clarke, Lee, Carroll, Malone, Denson, Parker, of Calvert, Earle, Spates, Fields, Walsh—17. Grove, NEGATIVE—None. |
