House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Havre-de- Grace Ferry Company, Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays. AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Maddox, Browne, Miller, Clarke, Malone, Carroll, Parker, of Calvert, Earle, Snyder, Fields, Walsh, Hyland, Welch—15. Hammond, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Monumental Permanent Building and Land Society of Baltimore, Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President; Hyland, Browne, Hammond, Brewer, Lee, Clarke, Malone, Carroll, Spates, Denson, Snyder, Earle, Walsh, Fields, Welch—17. Grove, NEGATIVE—None.
