Mr. Grove, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings, reported back, favorably, House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 1, of the Act passed at the January session of the Legislature of Maryland, 1865, chapter 110, entitled an Act to prohibit the granting of license for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer, at or near Federalsburg, in Dorchester and Caroline counties, in the State of Maryland, and to re-enact the same with amendments. Which, On motion by Mr. Hyland, Was ordered to lie on the table. House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 48 of Article'28 of the Code of Public Genaral Laws, entitled County Com- missioners, under the head of Bridges, and to re-enact the same with amendments, Was, On motion by Mr. Hammond, Indefinitely postponed. Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 24, of Article 47, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled Inheritance, and to re-enact the same with amendments, Was, On motion by Mr. Miller, Indefinitely postponed.
