Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed Janu- ary session, 1867, chapter 372, entitled an Act to further extend the time and provisions of an Act passed February 6, chapter 15, and March 4, 1864, chapter 373, and the supple- ments thereto, relating to the payments of bounties to volun- teers and drafted men of this State, Was taken up on its passage. Mr. Maddox moved that the bill be laid upon the table. Which was determined in the negative by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Maddox, Hyland, Malone—4. NEGATIVE. Messrs. Browne, Hammond, Biggs, Kimmel, Brewer, Lee, Clarke, Miller, Earle, Walsh, Fields, Welch—12. The bill was then passed by yeas and nays as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
