President, Maddox, Browne, Malone, Clarke, Parker, of Calvert, Fields, Spates, Henkle, Smith, Hyland, Walsh—13. Hammond, NEGATIVE. Messrs. Earle, Miller—3, Lee, Mr. Clarke, from a select Committee, reported favorably House bill entitled an Act to establish voting Precincts in the First, Third, Ninth, Eleventh and Twelfth Election Dis- tricts, of Baltimore county. Which was read a second time. House bill entitled an Act to revive and continue in force the Charter of the Nanticoke Bridge Company, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. Browne, Lee, Brewer, Miller, Clarke, Malone, Earle, Parker, of Calvert, Fields, Spates, Hyland, Smith, Hammond, Walsh—14. NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
