House bill entitled an Act to add to the 10th section of
Article 56 of the Code of Public General Laws a sub-section,
requiring a license to enable any person to act as a real es-
tate broker.

Also, reported favorably

House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay David Fowler for legal services in the Comptroller's
Department.

Which was read the second time.
Mr. Brewer, from the Committee on the Library, reported

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 6,9, 17 and
18, of Article 55 of the Code of Public General Laws, enti-
tled State Librarian, and to re-enact the same with the
following amendments:

Line 3, section 17, strike out the word "use" and sub-
stitute augmentation.

Line 6, section 17, strike out the word "usual" and insert
annual.
Which were adopted,
And the bill as amended read a second time.

Mr. Lee, from a select committee, reported favorably

House bill entitled an Act to add an additional section, to
the Public Local Laws of Prince George's county, sub-title
Bladensburg, to prevent swine from running at large in
said village.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 28 of Article
16 of the Public Local Laws of Prince George's county, en-
titled Bladensburg, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, so as to read as follows.

dividing line between Prince George's and Montgomery-
counties.
