Also, reported House bill entitled an Act to provide for the annual levy of State taxes on the real and personal property of this State under the assessment of 1866, With the following amendments : Section 2, line 8, strike out the word " nine," and insert ten. Amend section 1, line 5, strike out the word " eighteen," and insert the word nineteen. Which were adopted, And the bill, as amended, read a second time, On motion by Mr. Earle, The rules were suspended by the following vote: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
