To the House of Delegates:
GENTLEMEN :—I herewith submit the Report of the Com-
mission appointed in pursuance of Resolution No. 9, Janu-
ary session, 1867, to make a survey, and estimate the cost of
constructing and equipping a railroad from Baltimore city
through Anne Arundel county, to Drum Point in Calvert
county.
