NEGATIVE — None.

 

Said bill was then sent to the Senate.

Mr. Biddison moved that the vote by which the bill enti-
tled an Act to amend the 14th section of the Act entitled an
Act to incorporate the Kent County Rail Road Company,
chapter 148, passed at January session, 1856, and to re-enact
the same as amended, was on yesterday ordered to be printed
and made the order of the day for Thursday next, the 6th of
February, be reconsidered.

Pending the considerationof which,

Mr. Syester demanded the previous question.

Which was sustained.

The question then being, "shall the previous question be
now put?"

It was decided in the affirmative.

The question then being upon the motion submitted by
Mr. Biddison,

It was decided in the affirmative,

And the vote by which the hill was on yesterday ordered
to be printed and made the order of the day for Thursday
next, the 6th of February,
