House bill entitled an Act to establish voting precincts in
the First, Third, Ninth, Eleventh and Twelfth Election Dis-
tricts of Baltimore county.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Senators
from Baltimore, Frederick and Anne Arundel counties.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act releasing the right of this State
to a distributive portion of the personal estate of James
O'Hara, his only son and next of kin.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 50, Article 5,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title Appeals, sub-title
" Appeals from Justices of the Peace," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-enact
sub-section 1, of an Act passed January, 1865, entitled an
Act to add an Article to the Code of Public General Laws,
in relation to the publication of laws, so as to provide for the
publication of the laws in the German language in Baltimore
city.
