House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay sundry parties hereinafter named, for publishing the Public General Laws passed at January sessions of 1866, 1867, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Hyland, Biggs, Lee, Brewer, Miller, Clarke, Malone, Carroll, Parker, of Calvert, Denson, Spates, Earle, Walsh, Fields, Welch—16. NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore City Grain Elevator and Storage Company. Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Lee, Biggs, Miller, Carroll, Malone, Earle, Parker, of Calvert, Fields, Spates, Grove, Walsh, Hyland, Welch—14. NEGATIVE—Mr. Clarke 1. The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered House bill entitled an Act to authorize the construction of a bridge over the Potomac River, near the mouth of New Creek. Which was read a first time and referred to the Senators from Baltimore, Allegany and Carroll counties. Also, delivered House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Broadway Savings Bank of Baltimore. Which was read a third time and referred to the Com- mittee on Corporations. Also, delivered |
