1868.] OF THE SENATE. TIT House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Havre-de- Grace Ferry Company. Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit- tee on Corporations. Also, House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commissioners of Howard county to subscribe to the capital stock of turn- pike roads in said county. Which was read a first time and referred to the Senators from Howard, Prince George's and Harford. Also, House bill entitled an Act to add to the 10th section of Article 56, of the Code of Public General Laws, a sub-section requiring a license to enable any person to act as a real estate broker. Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit- tee on Finance. Also, returned Senate bill entitled a supplement to an Act to repeal sec- tion 3, of the Act entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Lutherville, in Baltimore county, passed at this session of the General Assembly, and to re-enact the same with amend- ments, and to add new sections. Endorsed : "Passed by yeas and nays." Also, returned Senate .bill entitled an Act to repeal section 21 of Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Carroll county, enti- tled Justices of the Peace and Constables, and to re-enact the same with amendments. Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays with proposed amendments." Which, on motion by Mr. Browne, Was recommitted to a select committee. Also, Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Wicomico and Nanticoke Rail Road Company. Endorsed: " Passed by yeas and nays."
