As section 14, chapter 13 :

And the Governor shall cause 3,000 copies of said Report
to be printed and distributed to the members of the Legisla-
ture in those years in which there is no session of the Legis-
lature.

Mr. Hammond offered the following amendments :

Page 38, chapter 14, section 1, line 2, strike out "State
Commissioner," and insert, Principal of the State Normal
School.

Page 38, section 14, line 3, strike out "State Board," and
insert, said Principal.
