700 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 27,

A bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to the
Public Local Laws of Prince George's county, sub-title Bla-
densburg, to prevent swine from going at large in said
village.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Senators
from Prince George's, Harford and Carroll counties.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 9 of Article 19, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title Somerset county, sub-
title Alms-House, and enact the following in lieu thereof.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Senators
from Somerset, Kent and Queen Anne's counties.

A bill entitled an Act to run, define and mark the divid-
ing line between Prince George's and Montgomery counties.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Senators
from Prince George's, Montgomery and Howard counties.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the Presi-
dent and Directors of the Maryland Insane Asylum to convey
certain land to the Maryland Inebriate Asylum for the uses
of said institution.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 28, of Article 16, of
the Public Local Laws of Prince George's county, entitled
" Bladensburg," and to re-enact the same with amendments
so as to read as follows.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Senators
from Prince George's, Carroll and Howard.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 20, of Article 4, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled Baltimore city, sub-
title Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Senators
from Baltimore city.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore Dry
Dock and Warehouse Company.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

Mr. Kimmel presented the petition of 2000 citizens of Bal-
timore, in reference to street railways.

Which was referred to the Baltimore city delegation.
The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered

House bill entitled an Act to aid in construction of works
of Internal Improvement in St. Mary's, Charles and Calvert
