Mr. Kimmel submitted the following amendment :

Section 1. Section 9, line 2. Strikeout after the word
"by" to the end of the section, and insert the words : the
Examiner of the County in which he proposes to teach, the
Principal of the State Normal School, or a diploma as
graduate of said Normal School.

Which was adopted.
Mr. Hammond submitted the following amendment :

Section 9, line 1. Strike out "Trustees" and insert:
School District Board.

Which was adopted.
Mr. Hammond submitted the following amendment :

Section 2, line 2. Strike out "Trustees," and insert,
Board.

Which was adopted.
Mr. Kimmel submitted the following amendment;

Section 3, line 4. Strike out the words "County Exami-
ner," and insert: Board of County School Commissioners.

Mr. Clarke, submitted the following amendment :

Page 29, chapter 9, section 3, line 1, after the word
shall, strikeout the words "keep prepared."

Which was adopted.
Mr. Kimmel submitted the following amendment:

Section 3. Add to section 3 the words : these reports shall
be filed by said Board for the purpose of making the annual
returns to the Principal of the State Normal School.

Mr. Henkle submitted the following amendment :

Page 29, section 5, line 2, after "Commissioners" insert

and paid monthly.

Mr. Biggs submitted the following amendment :

Page 29, section 4. Strike out after "Commissioners" in
the 2d line to the end of the section.
