Public General Laws, passed at January session of 1866
and 1867.

tee on Finance.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 26 of Article
38, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the fees
of Register of Wills, and re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Endorsed, "Reported unfavorably from the Committee on
the Judiciary, and the report adopted."

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to-
Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled Somer-
set county, so as to provide the manner and time for the ap-
pointment and the term of office of the Supervisors of Roads
in said county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Somerset, Dorchester and Worcester.
