Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to James Ensor, of Baltimore city, the sum of fifty dollars, erroneously paid into the Treasury of the State, Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Kimmel, Browne, Lee, Biggs, Maddox, Brewer, Miller, Clarke, Parker, of Calvert, Carroll, Spates, Earle, Snyder, Fields, Smith, Henkle, Walsh, Hyland. Welch—21. Hammond, NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the changing of the name of any person, Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
