The bill was then passed by yeas and nays as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Kimmel, Browne, Lee, Biggs, Maddox, Clarke, Miller, Carroll, Spates, Fields, Snyder, Henkle, Walsh, Hyland, Welch—17. Hammond, NEGATIVE—None. On motion by Mr. Earle, The vote by which The message to the House of Delegates returning the House bill in relation to Estrays and Vessels Adrift, was de- termined in the affirmative, Was reconsidered, and Said message was made the order of the day for to-mor- row. On motion by Mr. Clarke, The Senate adjourned until to-morrow, at 11 A. M. |
