President, Maddox, Browne, Miller, Fields, Spates, Hammond, Snyder, Kimmel, Welch—11. Lee, Mr. Henkle submitted the following amendment : Section 39, line 7, after the word "agriculture," insert the words, the Clerk of the Court of Appeals. Which was adopted. Mr. Henkle submitted the following amendment : Strike out "2,000," and insert 2,500. Which was adopted. Mr. Hammond submitted the following amendment : Section 41, line 13; strike out 800, and insert 1,200, and after the word annum, and insert who shall be a pilot. Which was adopted. Mr. Hammond submitted the following amendment: Amend title by striking out the words "and the following enacted in lieu thereof."
