Mr. Boyer presented a petition signed by 90 citizens of
Kent county, praying an alteration of the Local Laws of
Kent county, in regard to the municipal regulations of the
town of Millington.
Which was read and referred to the Kent and Queen
Anne's delegations.
Mr. McCulloh presented the petition of 213 citizens of Al-
legany county, praying the Legislature to appropriate a sum
of money to repair and improve the National Road within
the limits of Maryland.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on Ways
and Means.
Mr. Corbin presented the petition of sundry citizens of
Hollands Island, Dorchester county, praying that the
said Island may be annexed to Somerset county.
