March 2l8t, 1868.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegatee:

We have received your message asking the return of the
bill entitled " An Act to require the several Clerks to the
County Commissioners and the Clerk to the Appeal Tax
Court of Baltimore city, to make out a copy of the revised
assessment of 1866, and return the same to the Comptroller
of the Treasury," and concur therein.

Secretary.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered House bill
entitled an Act to amend and add additional sections to the
Act passed at the January session 1867, of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, entitled an Act to establish and in-
corporate an Asylum for the Deaf and Dumb of the State of
Maryland to follow section 13.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations:

On motion by Mr. Snyder,
The Senate adjourned until 11,30 A. M., Monday next.
