Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 103 of chapter
183 entitled an Act to incorporate the the Town of Princess
Ann, in Somerset county, Maryland, and re-enact the same
with amendments,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol-
lows :

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Frederick and Carroll counties to aid in the
completion of the Woodsboro' and Pipe Creek Turnpike
Road Company,

Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as fol-
lows :

73, of the Public General Laws entitled Penitentiary, and to
re-enact the same with amendments,

to aid the Baltimore Humane Impartial Society and aged
Women's and aged Men's Home,

Was considered,

And ordered to lie on the table.
