1868.] OF THE SENATE. 607 Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 103 of chapter 183 entitled an Act to incorporate the the Town of Princess Ann, in Somerset county, Maryland, and re-enact the same with amendments, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol- lows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Lee, Biggs, Miller Brewer, Parker, of Calvert, Clarke, Snyder, Carroll, Smith, Grove, Walsh, Henkle, Welch—15. Hyland, NEGATIVE—None. And sent to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com- missioners of Frederick and Carroll counties to aid in the completion of the Woodsboro' and Pipe Creek Turnpike Road Company, Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as fol- lows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Hyland, Biggs, Lee, Brewer, Miller, Clarke, Parker, of Calvert, Carroll, Snyder, Grove, Smith, Henkle, Walsh—14. NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 18 of Article 73, of the Public General Laws entitled Penitentiary, and to re-enact the same with amendments, Was considered, And made the order of the day for Monday next, March 23d. House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to aid the Baltimore Humane Impartial Society and aged Women's and aged Men's Home, Was considered, And ordered to lie on the table.
