The bill, as amended, was read a second time, and ordered
to be engrossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Mutual Fire
Insurance Company of Prince George's county,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Carroll, Spates,
Earle, Snyder,

The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
On motion by Mr. Smith,
The Senate adjourned until to-morrow at 11 A. M.

The Senate met pursuant to adjournment.
