A bill entitled an Act to amend the Act incorporating the Western Maryland Railroad Company, Which was read a first time, and referred to the Commit- tee on Corporations. A bill entitled an Act to repeal the charter or Act of in- corporation of the Locust Point Steam Ferry Company of Maryland, Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Corporations. A bill entitled an Act to add new sections to Article 51, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled Justices of the Peace, relating to liens of executions issued by Justices of the Peace. A bill entitled an Act to repeal the first section of the Act of January session. 1864, chapter 309, entitled "An Act to add new sections to Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester county for the protection of partridges," and re-enact the same with amendments, Was read a first time, and referred to the Senators from Worcester, Wicomico, and Somerset. |
