Mr. Lee, from a select committee, reported Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 44, 45 and 46, of Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled Prince George's county, under the head of Collectors, and sections 47, 48 and 49, additional sections to said Article, under same head, enacted by Act of 1864, chapter 326, and to re-enact the same with amendments and additions. Which was read the first time. Senate joint resolution relating to Banking Institutions, Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. House bill entitled an Act to protect oysters in Honga and Nanticoke Rivers during the summer months, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Kimmel, Browne, Lee, Biggs, Miller, Brewer, Malone, Carroll, Parker, of Calvert, Earle, Spates, Fields, Snyder, Grove, Walsh, Hyland, Welch—19. Hammond, NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act requiring the County Commis- sioners of Baltimore and Carroll counties to levy a sum of money to build a bridge across the south branch of the Patapsco River, on the Lime Kiln Road, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
