Senate bill entitled an Act to appoint a Visitor to the-
Maryland Hospital for Wicomico county,

collector of State taxes, in Baltimore county, moneys erro-
neously paid into the State Treasury by him in the years
1864,1865, and 1866,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
