Mr. Kimmell offered the following amendment :

Section 5, line 1, bystriking out the words " six thousand.
eight hundred," and inserting the words "ten thousand."

Mr. Fields offered the following ammendments to the
amendment:

Section 2, line. 2, strike out " 850" and insert "420."
Section 2, line 3, strike out eight dollars per copy, and in-
sert six dollars per copy.
The amendments were rejected by yeas and nays as follows :
