Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
Register of Wills for Worcester county, to grant orders of
sale in the recess of the Orphans' Court,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol-

ter 267, providing for a State subscription to Wingate's Mary-
land Register ; and to re-enact the same with amendments,

House bill entitled an Act to legalize "A supplement to
the Maryland Code containing the Acts of the General As-
sembly passed at the sessions of 1861, 1861-62, 1864, 1865.
1866, and 1867, arranged in articles and sections to correspond
with the Code by Lewis Mayer, and to appropriate a sum of
money to purchase copies of the same, and to regulate their
distribution,

Was taken up.
