President, Hammond, Browne, Lee, Biggs, Miller, Carroll, Snyder, Denson, Smith, Earle, Walsh, Fields, Welch—14. NEGATIVE. Messrs. Brewer, Hyland, Grove, Malone—4. And sent to the House of Delegates. Mr. Hyland moved to adjourn. Which was determined in the negative by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Brewer, Biggs, Hyland—4. NEGATIVE. Messrs. Browne, Miller, Carroll, Malone, Earle, Snyder, Fields, Smith, Grove, Walsh, Hammond, Welch—13. Lee, Mr. Hammond, from a select committee, reported Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to Article 20, of the Public Local Laws for Talbot county, and town of St. Michaels, to be entitled harbors and harbor mas- ters. Which was read the first time. On motion by Mr. Fields, The Senate adjourned until to-morrow at 11 A. M. |
