The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled a supplement to an Act entitled an Act to incorporate the Burkettsville Female Seminary, passed January session, 1867, chapter 111, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. Browne, Hyland, Biggs, Hammond, Brewer, Kimmel, Carroll, Lee, Denson, Miller, Earle, Malone, Fields, Snyder, Grove, Smith, Henkle, Walsh—18. NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the 7th section of the- 18th Article, of the Code of Public General Laws, providing for the payment of public moneys by clerks of Courts, Was taken up.
