House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 124 and 130 of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to the corporate authorities of the town of Millington, in Kent county, and to enact a substitute for said sections, Was read a third time and rejected for want of a constitu- tional majority, by yeas and nays as follows : AFFIRMATIVE.
